IMPORTANT! The application is available ONLY on Android 11 and higher versions. You can find out your phone's version in this article.


The application is available in beta version, so if you encounter any problems with the application or want to leave a suggestion, please contact Technical Support via chat or through your manager.


Currently, the mobile application does not work with the Call Queue functionality. If you have a call queue set up in your schemes, you need to reconfigure the logic for receiving incoming calls.

To start working with the mobile application, you need to create an employee profile in which you must activate access to the SIP-account for the mobile version.
More details on how to create an employee profile are described here.


If you are a beta version participant, access can only be obtained through your manager or the support service.


Installation of the program

  1. Install the program from the Play Store using the link or find it through search:

  2. When opening the program, the system will request permissions for call recording, microphone usage, and other functions. It's important to grant all permissions.


Authorization and setup of the application

IMPORTANT! Before authorizing, make sure that your SIP-account is not active in other applications or use a new account. You cannot register the same account in two programs or on two devices.

Authorization in the application

You can authorize in three ways:

  • Login (email) and password for the Ringostat personal account.
    If you forgot your Ringostat personal account password, you can recover it using the link, through the Forgot Password form:

    In the form, you need to enter the email address you used to register the account.
    This email will receive a letter with a password recovery, which you can use to log in to your personal cabinet and our application for calls.

  • Login and password of the sip account.

    These accesses are created by you or a manager when you create a profile


  • Via Google.

    This method of authorization is suitable if you already have Google account authorization in your phone with mail that is registered in Ringostat.


In the window that appears, after successfully entering the authorization data, select the SIP-account:

Next, you need to permit push notifications.

To do this, click on the Enable Settings dialog box:

Or you can permit the orange window:

Then give out all accesses in the dialog menu:


We also recommend that you set a high priority to our application for background settings and battery usage settings in the phone itself.

To do this, go to Manage applications in the phone settings, find our application, and inside the settings find the block related to Battery saver or Background Settings and set the highest priority. This may affect battery performance, but it can ensure that Ringostat SmartPhone runs stably in the background.


Additional settings

You can customize the app to suit your needs.

To do this, click on the icon of our application in the upper left corner:

Here, you can immediately manage your status when handling calls (online/offline).

In the Settings block, you can:

  • change the language (Application Settings)

  • manage sound alerts and push notifications (Notifications and sounds)

  • customize what information to display in Insider and for what period (Insider settings)

  • customize the period and number of calls in the Call History (Call history settings)

  • prescribe a stun-server, in case you have problems with one-way hearing or dropped calls (VoIP Settings)

The Support section allows you to quickly go to the support chat

In the About Us section, you can read our program Terms of Use and license, and quickly leave a review.
