Automatic number management is a tool that allows you to automatically add the required number of numbers to the dynamic substitution pool if there is a shortage.

In which case there may not be enough numbers in the dynamic pool

There are always not enough numbers in the pool for one reason: there are systematically more simultaneous users on the site than added to the dynamic pool. This can be caused by factors such as:

  • Launching an advertising campaign,

  • Seasonal customer activity,

  • Increased brand awareness,

  • Other market factors that may cause increased interest in the product/service.

Why is this needed

If there are not enough numbers in the dynamic pool, customers start seeing the same numbers on the site.

This causes incorrect statistics of customer traffic sources. That is, one customer may call you, but you will see the traffic source from a completely different user. To avoid adding numbers manually each time, you can use the Automatic number management tool.

Attention! The tool only works with numbers from Ringostat Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Israel. If you use your own numbers in the dynamic substitution pool, or numbers from other countries, the tool will not work.

Adding numbers to the pool

When the function is enabled, and we record an increase in simultaneous sessions on the site, numbers will be added automatically, and a system notification with information about adding numbers and their cost will be sent to the project's email.

If Ringostat does not have the required numbers available, you will receive a corresponding letter.

In this case, we advise you to contact our support directly!

Activation
To activate Automatic number management, open the "Call tracking" section ⇒ "Script settings" and check the box with the corresponding name. Then save the settings.

This completes the setup;)
