Limits of using AI analytics
The cost of AI analytics is calculated according to the Fair Use principle:every paid job includes1,000 minutes of AI analytics per month (transcription, conversation analysis, AI summaries, etc.).
The limit is calculated as the total pool per project: for example, if you have 5 employees— the total monthly limit for the project is 5,000 minutes.If your usage exceeds your included limit, you may be charged an additional per-minute fee for the minutes you exceed, or we may suggest that you review your plan. In either case, we will contact you in advance to work out the best solution together.Additional information here

When paying for a longer period, you get a bonus:

Also, Ringostat has a loyalty program for all customers.
