Integrica — is a CRM system for businesses in the beauty industry, aimed at improving service and optimizing work processes.

Integration capabilities with Integrica — creating a Client card from a pop-up window in the CRM during a call.

Integration setup

To set up the integration, you need to contact Integrica technical support to activate the telephony module and obtain a unique API_KEY for your portal in the CRM.

For the integration to work on the Ringostat side (after receiving the API_KEY), you need to create Webhooks, settings in the "Integrations" — "Webhooks 2.0" section.

Integration logic

When receiving a call from a new Client whose number is not in the CRM — a pop-up window will be displayed with the ability to see the caller's number and create a Client card.

Example of a pop-up window:

After clicking on "Add Client," a Client card window will open with the phone number automatically filled in and the ability to manually fill in the rest of the data during the conversation, such as: Full name, client category, source of attraction, social networks and more.

When receiving a call from a Client whose number is in the CRM — a pop-up window will be displayed with the ability to see the client's full name and go to their card.
