Integration setup consists of activating the Ringostat app within the CRM + linking employees, and connecting CRM integration in the Ringostat personal account.
Setting up SendPulse Integration
In your SendPulse account, go to App Directory > Apps and find Ringostat. Select Install in the expanded tab.
2. In the modal window, review what data access the application requests in SendPulse, and click Accept.
3. Go to your Ringostat account, click the down arrow next to your project and go to the Integrations tab.
Select the Ringostat API section and copy the values in the Auth-key and Project ID fields.
4. In the window that opened in SendPulse: paste the Project ID and key copied from the Ringostat account into the corresponding fields.
Employee Assignment in Integration
In the CRM section App Directory > Apps > Ringostat > Integration Settings, you need to assign all employees participating in the integration.
Also, assign a team member to handle all outgoing calls made via the Ringostat integration.
The list of all employees who can participate in the integration can be viewed in the
"General Settings" — "Employees" section of the Ringostat personal account.
Setting up Data Transfer to SendPulse
For integration to work on Ringostat's side, you need to create Webhooks, configured in the "Integration" – "Webhooks 2.0" section.

Integration Logic
Incoming Call from a New Client
When receiving a call from a new client, CRM will display a pop-up window with the client's number, a link to the automatically created contact, and the ability to create a deal.
When accessing the contact, you can edit it, add name, email, and other client information.
Incoming Call from an Existing Client
When receiving a call from an existing client, you'll see the client's name in the pop-up window, and you'll be able to access their contact or create a deal.
You can also find all information about client calls in the contact card by going to the "calls" section.
Outbound Call
Outbound calls can be initiated from both the CRM interface and Ringostat Smart Phone (or another softphone). After dialing the number, CRM will display a window with client information.
To initiate a call from CRM, click on the phone number and select "Call from Ringostat":
When initiating a call from the CRM system, the call will first go to the client and only after the client picks up, the call will be redirected to the employee.
Calling through the CRM interface is only possible for one of the SIP accounts in Ringostat (the one specified during integration setup). If the SIP account specified in the settings is offline at the time of the call — the call will be directed to a random online SIP account in the project.
Creating Tasks for Missed Calls
When setting up integration, you can enable automatic task creation for missed calls. To enable this, you need to specify the board where tasks will be added, the user who will be responsible for the task, standard name, and deadline for task processing.
After setup, the system will automatically create tasks for each missed call.
UTM Tag Import to SendPulse CRM
With enabled integration, you can transfer data about client visits to your website to pre-created fields in the contact.
First, you need to create custom fields for the contact. This can be done in contact settings:
After creation, go to integration settings and select what information you want to keep in the contact.
After setup, you can see all information about visitor in the contact card:
