Integration with Gincore

Written by Daniil Hrechko

Gincore is an accounting system for stores, service centers, and warehouses. It manages tasks, mutual settlements, and uses AI to analyze calls, control quality, and create requests.

Key integration capabilities with Gincore:

  • Recording information about incoming and outgoing calls from clients;

  • Ability to listen to call recordings.

Additional capabilities – Gincore provides the ability to automatically create Requests based on calls and conduct call quality analysis, all through AI integration within Gincore. The configuration is done in Gincore.

Integration Setup

To configure the integration with Ringostat, in Gincore go to "More""Settings" "Telephony Integration""Ringostat""Settings""Connection".

In the opened settings section, you need to:

  1. Copy the value for "Link for send request", which will be reused in the settings in your Ringostat personal account.

  2. Fill in the "API key" and "Project ID" fields.

The data for filling in "API key" and "Project ID" can be obtained in the "Add Marketplace" section of your Ringostat personal account.

In the "Webhook URL" field, paste the previously copied "Link for send request" value from the Gincore account. Click "Enable Integration" and save the changes.

To make outbound calls via the CRM functionality, you need to assign a manager's number from the Ringostat side to an employee in Gincore.
To do this, on the "Telephony Settings" page in the Gincore account, add a new assignment and specify the number that Ringostat will call before connecting to the client.

The number must be entered in international format (for example, +380XXXXXXXXX).

Integration Logic

After each call, a Call record with its details will be created in Gincore. You can view this data in the "Clients""Calls" section.

Example view:

If a Contact has been created for the client's number, the call history can also be viewed in that Contact's card, with the ability to process them.

The operator for the Call in Gincore will be the employee who manually processed the Call in the CRM.

Outgoing Calls from Gincore

To make an outgoing call to a client's number through Gincore, click on the client's number and select the manager's number from the dropdown list — this is the number the call will be directed to first.

When a call is initiated from Gincore, it first goes to the project phone number selected during the call. Once the employee answers, the system redirects the call to the client.
