Integration with MondayCRM

MondayCRM is a modern platform, that combines powerful tools for organizing team workflows and running business efficiently. The system offers an intuitive interface for tracking leads, managing projects, automating sales processes, and analyzing customer interactions.

Main features of the integration with MondayCRM:

  • Automatically create a Lead, Contact, and Deal in the CRM after a call with the transfer of additional information;

  • Smart call forwarding to the responsible manager in CRM;

  • Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone – showing the client’s full name with a direct link to the Lead, Contact, and Deal.

The main entity in MondayCRM is items, which are created in different boards. A user can define various boards for specific entities, for example:

  • boards1 – entity Contact;

  • boards2 – entity Deal;

  • boards3 – entity Lead.

The integration supports up to four scenarios with custom primary entities (Contact / Lead / Deal / Call).

Integration setup

The integration is configured individually by our Ringostat specialists. To set up the integration, please write to us in the support chat and provide the necessary data.

What is needed for integration setup:

  • Access to MondayCRM with full permissions for the CRM;

  • Login;

  • Password;

  • Account URL in MondayCRM;

  • Full name of the Top Manager;

  • Names or IDs of the boards where entities should be created (Contact / Deal / Lead / Call).

The specified boards must have permissions for the integration to create new items.

Integration logic

After a call to/from a number that does not exist in the CRM, a new entity will be created in the specified board according to the integration settings.

Example workflow

Condition: create Lead, Contact, Deal, and Calls in the respective boards in MondayCRM.

After a call, the CRM will create the entities (Lead, Contact, Deal) in the selected boards, provided that no entity with the same phone number already exists in that board. If the entity exists — no duplicate will be created.

Example of a created entity (Lead / Contact / Deal):

Additionally, after the call, a record about the call will be created in a separate board, where the main call information will be stored.

To assign entities to the responsible managers — managers must be added to MondayCRM with the same names as in the Ringostat account.

Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone

The integration with Ringostat Smart Phone allows displaying the name of the Contact or Lead entity, along with links to the Lead, Contact, and Deal, during a call.
