Salesbook CRM is a modern sales management system that helps companies automate customer relationship processes, improve interdepartmental collaboration, and increase sales efficiency.
Main integration capabilities with Salesbook:
Automatically create Contact (Persons), Lead (Threads), and Call in CRM upon call completion;
Transfer Threads to the appropriate funnel when creating;
Transfer main AI analysis parameters to Lead notes;
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone – pulling Contact name with link to it and to the Lead;
Smart forwarding configuration.
Integration Setup
The integration is configured individually by our Ringostat specialists. To set up the integration, you need to contact us through the support chat and provide the configuration data.
What is required for integration setup:
Salesbook access with "Admin" level;
Authorization data for API integration (login and password will differ from CRM authorization data);
List of entities to be created: Contact (Persons), Leads (Threads), Calls and/or note with AI call analysis;
Senior manager's full name.
For entities to be created for the corresponding managers — they need to be added to Salesbook with the same names as in the Ringostat dashboard. |
Integration Logic
When a new client calls, a Contact and Lead will be created in the CRM.
The contact name will contain the phone number, and in the Contact details you can see the associated Lead.
The Lead will record information about the Contact associated with the entity and add basic Call information.
If there is already a Contact and/or Lead in Salesbook at the time of the call, no duplicate will be created, and call information will be added to the existing entity.
If AI analytics is configured in the project, call analysis information will be transferred to the Lead comment in Salesbook. Example:
