We automatically determine the language of communication based on several parameters: your browser language, country, and account settings. Sometimes these parameters may not match, and you receive notifications in a language that doesn't suit you.
How is the communication language determined?
Ringostat uses several communication channels, and the language in each is determined differently:
Emails and in-app notifications — determined by your account language. To change it:
Log in to your Ringostat account
Click Profile settings in the top menu or follow the link to settings
In the Other Settings section, find the Language field
Select your preferred language from the list
Click Save
After saving, all future communications will be sent in the selected language.
Support chat — the chat language is determined by your browser language.
Support correspondence — the language is determined automatically: the language you write in is the language you will receive a response in.
Important
Ringostat provides communications in Ukrainian, Polish, and English. If your account is set to a different language, communications will be conducted in English.
