The "Analytics" section — "Your Reports" — shows important data on call sources and helps you understand how traffic converts into calls.
This section allows you to see the following information:
Which keywords and campaigns bring in more calls;
How effective they are: how many website visitors call, and what portion of these calls are targeted;
The number of unique visitors and calls;
Which website pages generate the most calls;
The browsers, operating systems, and devices users use to access the site;
Information on costs and revenue (end-to-end analytics)
You can go to "Analytics" by selecting the corresponding section in the project menu:
Creating User Reports
To create a report on the "Analytics" section page, click the "Create Report" button:
The report creation page consists of two required fields, "Parameters" and "Metrics" as well as a Filter that lets you add a rule or group of rules for the parameters or metrics you need, with the logical operators "AND" – "OR" allowing you to specify conditions as precisely as possible.
You can select no more than 5 parameters and no more than 10 metrics for a single report. Only the metrics you've selected in the "Metrics" list are available in the filters.
You can make the created report available across all your projects, so you don't have to create it separately in each project:

To make it easier to create a report similar to an existing one, you can copy reports for further editing of conditions. Both custom and default reports can be copied.
The call statistics in Reports include incoming calls and Callback calls.
The number of calls in the statistics may not match the "Call log". This is because repeat calls are linked to the client's last active client_id session. This means that if the date of the client's last active session on the site was April 1, and a repeat call comes in on April 15, that call will be recorded in the statistics under the date of April 1, due to it being linked to the visitor's last session.
Statistics in Google Analytics and Ringostat may differ, since GA may have filters set up that affect the number of sessions/visits.
