This guide will help you set up automatic call transmission from Unitalk telephony for analysis in ENIQ AI. Once configured, every call that meets the specified conditions will be automatically processed and analyzed according to the selected script.
The setup consists of four steps:
Creating an API key in ENIQ AI
Configuring the integration with Unitalk in the ENIQ AI account
Copying the webhook link
Contacting Unitalk support to activate call transmission
Creating an API Key
Go to Project Settings.
Open the API Keys section.
Click Create API Key.
In the window that appears:
Enter a name for the key — for example, Unitalk (so you can easily identify it among other keys).
Click "Create"
Once created, the key will be shown only once — be sure to copy and save it in a secure location. It cannot be viewed again.
If the key is lost, you will need to create a new one and re-enter it in both the integration settings and in Unitalk.
Configuring the Integration with Unitalk
Go to the Integrations section.
Select the Telephony tab.
Find the Unitalk block and click Set Up.
In the integration settings window, specify:
Minimum Call Duration (seconds) — the minimum call length required for a call to be taken for analysis (recommended value — 90 seconds).
Default Prompt — the script (prompt) by which conversations will be analyzed.
Click Add Integration to save the settings.
Additionally, a Sampling Percentage (%) field is available — this allows you to process only a certain percentage of total calls rather than all of them, as well as Filter Rules — filters that let you process only calls with specific parameters (for example, a particular call direction or number).
