Integration of Eniq.ai with Binotel

Written by Artur Inozemtsev

The Eniq.ai integration with Binotel allows you to transfer calls from Binotel telephony to the Eniq account and analyze them using all available tools.

Activating the Integration

1) To set up the integration with Binotel, we need to create an API key:

  1. Go to the "Project Settings" section

  2. Go to the "API Keys" tab

  3. Click the "Create API key" button

Enter a clear name, grant full access, and click "Create"

Important: Make sure to copy and save the received key, as it will not be possible to view it again after closing the window.

2) Переходимо у вкладку "Integrations" ==>"Telephony" знаходимо там Binotel та натискаємо "Set Up"

3) Enter any information in the SecretKey and API-key fields. These fields are not related to the API key we created earlier.

4) Fill in the remaining fields with the required data:

  1. Integration Name — a name that is clear to you

  2. Minimum call duration — the minimum call duration required to start the analysis

  3. Sampling Percentage (%) — the percentage of calls that will be analyzed. At a value of 100, 100% of calls are analyzed. If you set a lower value (e.g. 50), a random 50% of the calls transmitted by Binotel will be analyzed.

  4. Default prompt — select the prompt by which the audio will be analyzed

  5. Filter Rules — if needed, you can specify additional filters.

5) Click "Add Integration". If everything is done correctly, you will see the Webhook URL and the connected integration details to the right of the fields you filled in

6) Now we need to combine the URL and the API Key we created earlier. In the Webhook URL address, replace the text YOUR_API_KEY_HERE with the API Key we created.

7) Now you need to contact Binotel technical support and provide them with this URL, requesting them to configure webhook delivery with a standard data set to this URL after each call.

8) Once everything is ready, Binotel will provide the REST API access credentials:

  1. API Key

  2. API Secret

9) Return to the integration settings

10) Click “Edit” in the active integration

11) Enter the API key and Secret key provided by Binotel into the respective fields, then save the settings

That completes the setup for integration with Binotel.
