HURMA System is an international company that specializes in developing a system for automating HR processes, recruiting, and company goal management.

The program automates absence tracking, helps create reminders about holidays and events, conducts surveys, and stores information about past activities, which allows tracking dynamics of important events.

The system allows saving time on routine processes and budget on HR and recruiting. The company is represented in Eastern European countries and CIS, and is trusted by 2000+ companies.

Important! Integration with Ringostat is available only for the "Recruiting PRO" plan in Hurma.

Main integration features with Hurma:

  • Recording call information in the existing candidate's card by phone number;

  • One-click calling from the candidate's card;

  • Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone – pulling the candidate's full name with a link to them in HRM.


Integration Settings

To set up the integration in HRM Hurma, you need to go to the "Settings" - "Integration with Ringostat", fill in the Auth-key and Project ID fields:

In the Ringostat personal account, you need to go to the "App Marketplace" page, find Hurma and click "Activate":

Here the Auth-key and Project ID are displayed for filling in Hurma:

Next, you need to fill in the "Webhook URL", "Login" and "Password" fields:

We take the Webhook URL, login and password from the Hurma account:

Next, you need to enable integration and click "Save":

In Hurma settings, you can additionally enable integration with Ringostat Smart Phone:


Employee Setup

You need to connect the CRM users with the Ringostat employees according to their names at the users block.

The list of Ringostat employees will automatically appear in the interface:

  • If the full names of employees in Ringostat and Hurma match – employee assignment will also occur automatically.

  • If the full names differ – you can assign employees manually:

When it's necessary to add a new employee:

  1. Create employees in Ringostat and Hurma.

  2. In the integration settings in Hurma, in the employee settings block, click "Refresh" so that the new employee from Ringostat is added to the list. If necessary, manually assign the employee to a user in Hurma.


Integration Logic

When calling from/to a candidate's number that was not previously saved in Hurma – call data will not be transferred to Hurma.

If a call was made from/to a phone number that exists in the candidate's card – call data will be recorded in the candidate's card in the "Activity" subsection with the following information:

  • Call type – incoming or outgoing with a hint if it was a missed call;

  • Date and time of the call;

  • Link to the audio recording with the ability to open it and listen to the recording in one click.

From the candidate's card, it is possible to make an outgoing call in one click. To do this, click the corresponding icon next to the client's phone number:

To make a call, the employee must be connected in the integration settings and his SIP account should be online.

During call initialization from HRM Hurma, it first goes to the SIP account of the employee who initiated it. After the employee accepts the call, the system forwards it to the recipient.

Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone provides the option to display the Candidate's full name with a link to them in HRM Hurma during an incoming call.
