Cliniccards is a cloud-based CRM system designed specifically for dental clinics. Provides full management of patients, doctors, records, finances and medical records.
The main possibilities of integration with Cliniccards:
Automatic creation of the Patient card after the call;
Setting up a smart forwarding to the responsible person in the CRM;
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone - pulling up the Patient's name with a link to it.
Integration settings
The integration is configured individually by our Ringostat specialists. To set up the integration, you need to write to us in the support chat https://ringostat.com/#chat_link and provide data for configuration.
What is needed to set up the integration:
Access to Cliniccards with the level of "Super administrator" or АРI key for your clinic in Cliniccards;
The name of the Patient status, which must be assigned when creating the entity;
Full name of the Senior Manager.
The API key for your clinic in Cliniccards can be obtained in the "Settings" - "Other" - "Clinic settings" - "API key" section.
Integration work logic
After a call from/to a number that does not exist in CRM, a new Patient will be created.
The integration will transfer the following data to the Patient's card:
The patient's phone number is transferred to the field for the phone number, the field "First name", and "Surname";
The date of the call will be recorded in the "Registration" field;
Responsible manager - will be recorded in the "Curator" field if the call was handled by a manager. If the call was missed, the Curator will indicate the senior integration manager;
Patient Status – the status selected by the user when setting up integration with Cliniccards.
In order for the entities to be created for the associated managers, they must be added to Cliniccards by naming them, just like in the Ringostat dashboard. |
If the Patient by client number in Cliniccards already exists at the time of the call, the integration will not create a new Patient.
The integration searches for a Patient by the calling client's number in full format: 380671234567. If the client number is specified in a different format in the Patient on the Cliniccards side, a duplicate Patient entity will be created. |
