GoHighLevel is a unified CRM and marketing platform designed for marketing agencies and entrepreneurs. It combines a wide range of tools in one place that would normally require several separate services.
Main features of the GoHighLevel integration:
Automatically create a Contact and a note with call details in the CRM after a call;
Create Contacts in the selected account (funnel);
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone – displaying the Contact name with a link to the Contact;
Configuration of smart call forwarding.
Integration setup
The integration is configured individually by Ringostat specialists.
To set up the integration, the client needs to contact support via chat and provide the necessary information.
What is required for integration setup:
Access to GoHighLevel with “Administrator” level or higher;
Alternatively, an API token and ID of the senior employee on the CRM side can be provided instead of access;
locationId that should be used to create and search entities;
A list of entities that need to be created: Contact, note with call information;
Full name of the Top Integration Manager;
Whether Ringostat Smart Phone integration and Responsible manager configuration are required.
To ensure entities are created for the correct managers, they must be added in GoHighLevel with the same names as in the Ringostat account. |
Integration logic
When a call is made to or from a new client's number, a Contact will be created in GoHighLevel.
A note with call details will be added to the Contact.
Example of a created contact:
The Contact will be assigned to the employee responsible for the call.
If such an employee is not found, it will be assigned to the Senior Integration Manager.
Responsible manager configuration
Logic: an incoming call is forwarded to the manager responsible for the Contact based on the client’s phone number in GoHighLevel.
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone
Integration with the application allows displaying the Contact name with a link to the Contact.
