Send call data and status to Brainify CRM.
Track the source of each client.
Listen to call recordings within Brainify.
How to set up and enable integration
To set up the integration of Brainify with Ringostat, you need to:
Go to the "IP-Telephony" section in your Brainify personal account.
and select "Ringostat" from the list of providers. (1) Then copy the unique URL of your project specified there (2), and click the "Save" button. (3)
2. Go to the settings of your project in the Ringostat personal cabinet. Menu App Marketplace — Brainify and Activate:
In the "URL" field (1), paste the previously copied URL from the Brainify cabinet, activate the integration (2), and click the "Save" button (3).
3. In the Ringostat personal cabinet, copy the values of the Project ID (1) and Token (2) fields.
4. Go to the Brainify personal cabinet to complete the settings. The last step is to paste the copied data into the Login (1) and key (2) fields as shown below, and then click the Save button (3).
The setup is now complete:)
