Integration with TurboSMS

TurboSMS is an online SMS messaging service.

Integration of Ringostat with the TurboSMS messaging platform allows you to send SMS messages from the Ringostat Smart Phone app before, during, and after a call.

To connect the integration:

  1. The project must use at least one SIP account connected to Ringostat Smart Phone.

  2. To configure the integration, you must be a registered user of the TurboSMS service.

After registration and email confirmation, log in to the TurboSMS service and on the page https://turbosms.ua/ua/sign/add.html create a sender name.

The name can contain your company name — it will be displayed to clients.

Next, go to the Ringostat dashboard in the section “App Marketplace” → “TurboSMS”:

Fill in the fields:

  1. HTTP API authorization token — the authorization token is located in the “Gateway (API)” section of the “API Settings” page after activating the HTTP API setting.

2. SMS sender name — enter alpha name added in your TurboSMS personal account and registered by your mobile operator.

If you have several alpha names in your TurboSMS account, you can choose one when setting up the integration in Ringostat.

After completing all these steps, you will be able to send SMS messages from the Ringostat Smart Phone app.

To create an SMS, enter the full phone number with the country code and click “SMS”.

Or in the call history, click the number and select “SMS”:

The SMS will be delivered to the specified number with your sender name.

If you close the dialog

it will appear in the Message Log after one hour in the Closed dialogs tab:

Currently, unfortunately, there is no technical possibility to receive SMS — the service is used only for sending messages.
