Recovering your Ringostat account password is one of the most common questions among our service users.

If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in to your account, don't worry — the recovery process is quite simple.

In this guide, we will look at how to quickly restore access to your Ringostat account and get back to working on your projects without interruption.

You can log in to the Ringostat personal account only with email (which is registered in the account) and a password (which the user creates independently)

Creating a password for the personal account

When creating a new employee in the project

Or when adding an email to the account access

An email is sent a link to the Ringostat personal account. You need to follow this link and create a password to log in to the account

Important! This link is valid for 30 minutes

Password recovery

If the link in the email is no longer active or you forgot your password, you can use the "Forget your password" form for recovery

In the window that appears, you need to enter the email with which the account you need was created in the project

After that, a password recovery link will be sent to the specified email. You need to follow it and set a new password

This link is also valid for 30 minutes

If you didn't receive the password recovery email

1. The email went to spam or other mail folders

Check the "Spam," "Promotions," "Updates," or "Other" folders — sometimes the email is filtered automatically.

2. A different or incorrect email address was provided

- Make sure you entered the exact address that the Ringostat account is registered with. Users often enter their corporate or personal address, confusing them.

- Check for typos (extra letters, omissions, incorrect domain).

3. Mailbox is full

If your mailbox has exceeded its storage limit, new emails may not be delivered. Delete some old emails and try resending the password recovery request.

4. Filtering at the corporate domain or mail server level

If you're using corporate email (for example, @company.com), the email may have been blocked by an internal filter.

In this case, contact your system administrator or IT department to have them check the mail server settings and allow the Ringostat sender address.

If you've checked everything and the email still hasn't arrived - contact Ringostat technical support
