Attention! From February 5, 2024, the creation of new chatbots in Viber is available only on a commercial basis.

The monthly fee for setting up a new chat is 100 euros.

In order to create a chatbot, you will need to submit an application by reaching out to the Viber team directly.

You can find all the necessary information on Viber's official website.

Bots created before 02/05/2024 are free of charge.


ATTENTION! Integration can only be done with one service. If your Viber bot is integrated with a third-party service (for example, a CRM), you need to disconnect the third-party integration before integrating messengers with our service or creating a new chat-bot.

To activate integration with messengers, a few conditions should be met:

1. There should be at least 1 sip account connected to the Ringostat Smart Phone.

2. A chatbot should be created in one of the messengers as a part of the integration. In our case, it's Viber.

Here is how the chatbot in Viber can be created:

  1. And login using your phone number

  2. You will receive the code to be used to activate access to Public Chat Admin.

  3. Enter it to sign up and proceed with further configurations.

  4. Now, let's start creating the chatbot.

  5. Fill in the needed information as on the screenshot.

    And confirm that you accept Terms and Conditions.

  6. When you entered all the needed information, click Create. After that you will receive the API token of the chat needed to activate integration with Ringostat.

  7. Copy this token and URI which you previously entered when creating the chat.

  8. After that, go to Messengers - Telegram section to activate the integration. Enter Chat URI and Account token you have recieved and click Activate integration.

After successful activation, a communication widget will appear on your website. If you click on it, a button with a Viber icon will appear. With its help, the visitor will be able to access the chat.

If a Callback widget was created via Ringostat earlier, there will be such a widget when the Viber integration is activated.

And if you click on it, you will see all the communication channels available.

The integration with Viber is now configured:)
