Currently, the mobile application does not work with the Call Queue functionality. If you have a call queue set up in your schemes, you need to reconfigure the logic for receiving incoming calls. |
To start working with the mobile application, you need to create an employee profile in which you must activate access to the SIP-account for the mobile version.
More details on how to create an employee profile are described here.
If you are a beta version participant, access can only be obtained through your manager or the support service.
Installation of the program
Install the program from the Apple Store using the link or find it through search:

Authorization and setup of the application
IMPORTANT! Before authorizing, make sure that your SIP-account is not active in other applications or use a new account. You cannot register the same account in two programs or on two devices. |
Authorization in the application
You can authorize in three ways:
Login (email) and password for the Ringostat personal account.
If you forgot your Ringostat personal account password, you can recover it using the link, through the Forgot Password form:
In the form, you need to enter the email address you used to register the account.
This email will receive a letter with a password recovery, which you can use to log in to your personal cabinet and our application for calls.
Login and password of the sip account.
These accesses are created by you or a manager when you create a profile
Via Google/Apple.
This authorization method is suitable if you already have a Google/Apple account authorization on your phone with an email registered in Ringostat.
In the window that appears after successfully entering the authorization data, select your SIP account:
Next, you need to give permission to use the microphone. To do this, click Allow in the dialog box:
We also recommend allowing our app background refresh and all types of access on the phone itself.
To do this, go to Settings, find our app and inside the settings find the block related to app permissions. This may affect battery performance but should ensure stable background operation of Ringostat SmartPhone.
Additional settings
You can customize the app to your needs.
To do this, click on the icon of our application in the upper left corner:
Here, you can immediately manage your status when handling calls (Online/Do not disturb).
In the Settings block, you can:
change the language (Application Settings)
manage sound alerts and push notifications (Notifications and sounds)
customize what information to display in Insider and for what period (Insider settings)
customize the period and number of calls in the Call History (Call history settings)
prescribe a stun-server, in case you have problems with one-way hearing or dropped calls (VoIP Settings)
