Ringostat Loyalty Program

Ringostat offers a loyalty program for all customers. It allows customers to earn a bonus and save up to 20% on regular subscription renewals with a credit card.

The main benefit of the program is that it works in the “background” and you don't have to do anything extra for it to be active and save you money. All you have to do is enable the "subscription" feature and renew the project at least once by credit card.

How the Program Works

It's effortless. The loyalty program is a percentage bonus that reduces the cost of subscription renewal. Initially, this percentage is the same as the number of months that you paid for your project with a credit card when you set up a subscription. Then, each time your credit card is charged automatically, the number of months the project is extended will be added to the accumulated bonus percentage and applied to the following payments.

If the subscription is set up to renew for 30 days, then 1% will be added to the accumulated bonus each time. For 90-day renewals, 3% will be added. For 180-day renewals, 6% and for 360-day renewals, 12% will be added. This will continue until the maximum bonus of 20% is reached.

This accumulated bonus will be applied to automatic payments and will reduce the renewal cost with each renewal.

You can check the amount of the accumulated bonus in the "Payments" - "Payment Methods" section or by contacting the Customer Support team via chat.

The Loyalty Programme does not add up with bonuses from long-term payments. If the subscription is extended for a long period, a bonus that is bigger ("loyalty programme bonus" or "long-term payment bonus") will be applied.

Let's look at some examples of how this works in practice.

Example 1:
If your project is automatically renewed 10 times in a row for "30 days", the total bonus for the next (eleventh) payment will already be 10%. Thus the cost of the licence will be reduced by 10% bonus. And on successful renewal for the next (twelfth) payment, the bonus for the next (twelfth) payment will be 11%.

Example 2:
If your project is automatically renewed 3 times in a row for 90 days, the total bonus for the next (fourth) payment will be already 9%. This 9% will be applied to the auto-renewal of your project, and after a successful 90-day refill, the bonus for the next renewal will be 12%.

Loyalty programme bonuses are cancelled in two cases:

  1. The project has disabled or removed all bank cards for subscriptions (under "Funds" - "Payment Methods)".

  2. The project has all services disabled and has been sent to the "archive".
