Which plan is right for you?
Ringostat offers three plans: Basic, Pro, and Corporate. You can find detailed information about pricing and plan structure at this link. Below are practical examples to help you quickly figure out which plan will be more beneficial for you.
Choose Basic if:
You need telephony and basic call analytics
You don't use chats, messengers, or AI features
Standard call and missed call reports are enough for you.
Example: a small team of 3–5 managers who make and receive calls and want to see statistics and missed calls.
Choose Pro if at least one of the following applies to you:
You want call transcription and AI-powered conversation analysis without manual listening
Managers communicate with clients via Telegram, Viber, or Messenger
Your website has or needs a live chat, Callback, or omnichannel widget
A manager needs to monitor the team's performance in real time (employee report, CSAT, call monitoring)
You need a whisper mode with hints for the manager during a call
You want to automatically transfer data from chats and messengers to CRM.
Example: a company with a sales or support department where a manager wants to monitor conversation quality without spending time on manual listening.
All features marked as add-ons in Basic are already included in the Pro plan price.
Choose Corporate if:
You have 10+ users
You need custom CRM integrations
You require a Power dialer or Looker Studio reports
A dedicated account manager and priority support are important to you.
Example: a large call center or a company with an extensive sales team that needs maximum automation.
What is an add-on?
An add-on is an additional option that can be connected to any plan for an extra fee. For example: Call Tracking, AI Chatbot, AI Voicebot, removing the Callback widget branding, and more.
Some add-ons are available on all plans, others only on specific ones. You can view the list of available extended features in the Funds → Plans and Pricing → "Extended Features" block.
If you are already using several add-ons from the features list on the Basic plan (chats, messengers, AI analytics) — compare the total cost with the Pro plan: switching may be more cost-effective, since most of these features are already included in Pro.
