Manager Evaluation Dashboard Eniq.ai

Written by Artur Inozemtsev

The Manager Evaluation Dashboard is a section for analyzing the performance of representatives across different time periods (days, weeks, months). It allows you to compare up to four custom periods, track the growth or decline dynamics of each manager's metrics based on the final checklist score. It also supports automated reporting — reports can be scheduled for regular delivery on a specified day and time to designated email addresses.

Comparing Overall Metrics

To start a comparison, you need to select the periods to be compared. You can compare by days, weeks, months, or any custom period of your choice.

The maximum number of periods for comparison is four. To add another period, click "Add Previous".

Once the periods are selected, you need to set the prompt (checklist) to be used for the evaluation, choose a department or employee, and click "Generate"

In the generated report, you can see the following sections:

1) Overall Employee Performance Dynamics Here you can see the direction an employee is moving in, as well as the average changes across the team

Clicking on a block will display more detailed information about the employees

2) Score Overview and Average Trend
Here you can see the overall, highest, and lowest scores across all periods and for each individual period, as well as track the overall score dynamics between periods.

3) Metrics Comparison In this block, you can see the overall scores of each selected employee for each period, their progress, and their best and worst client communication scores

Clicking on the progress value will display a chart showing the score dynamics

Setting Up Weekly Reports

You can set up weekly report delivery to your email and your colleagues' emails.

To do this, fill in the following form parameters:

  • Report Name — a name that is clear to you

  • Enable Weekly Reports — enable if you want to receive a report every week, or disable if you only need to send the report once

  • Day of the Week — the day when the report will be delivered to the email

  • Time of Day — the time when the report will be delivered to the email

  • Prompts to Include — the prompts that will be used to generate the report

  • Additional Recipients — an additional email or multiple emails where the report will be sent (this is an additional email field; you do not need to enter the account email you are creating the report from, as the report is sent to it automatically)

Then click "Save Settings"
