A call package is a special rate plan for domestic calls that offers a lower per-minute cost compared to standard billing.
The per-minute rate depends on the number of minutes in the package, and each package is valid for 30 calendar days.
Important! Call packages only work with numbers rented through Ringostat. They are not compatible with numbers purchased or rented from third-party carriers.
How to activate
If you are just getting started with Ringostat or your project is still in the setup phase — please let your sales manager know that you'd like to add a call package.
If you already have an active project — please reach out to us via the support chat and we'll help you get it set up :)
Purchasing and renewing a call package
A call package is paid for at the time of activation, and the full amount for 30 days is charged upfront.
You can purchase a package under "Funds" -> "Communication Packages".
When purchasing a package, automatic prolongation is enabled by default.
You can turn it off before or after the purchase under the Automatic prolongation section.
