Once these rules are configured, you will be able to make calls to different destinations using numbers whose country or region codes correspond to those destinations.
To view the rules of this type that have already been created, use the “By destination” filter above the list of rules. The number next to the filter name shows how many such rules have been created.
You can configure the rules in just a few clicks:
In the “Outgoing communication settings” section, click “Add rule”.
2. Select the second tab, “By destination”.
3. Specify the destination for calls made under this rule. It is enough to enter the country or region code. For example, if you want to make calls only to Ukraine from one of the Ukrainian numbers added to the project, enter the code +380.
4. You can also configure a prefix to select the required outgoing number directly when dialing. To do this, enter the prefix, an asterisk (*), the phone number, and press the call button. For example, for prefix 1 and number 180060027753, dial: 1*+180060027753.
5. After specifying the destination, select the single outgoing number from the list. This is the number the client will see during the call. In our example, this will be a number with the country code +380.
6. If necessary, enable “Audio playback before conversation”. In this case, before being connected to a manager, the client will first hear the selected audio recording. After enabling the feature, select the required audio file from the list.
7. After completing the setup, click “Create rule”.
After adding the rules, do not forget to save them.
