Integration with HugeProfit

HugeProfit is a system for managing merchandise business accounting: Online and Offline sales, clients, inventory, finances, production. HugeProfit provides the option to additionally integrate into the account such systems as: Prom, Rozetka, OLX, Instagram, Horoshop and create and track waybills without leaving the CRM.

Main integration capabilities with HugeProfit:

  • Creating a Client card or opening an existing Client card from a pop-up window in the CRM during a call;

  • Initiating an outbound call to a number from the Client card.


Setting Up Integration

To configure the HugeProfit integration with Ringostat, in the CRM you need to go to the "Settings" — "Integrations" — "Telephony" — "Ringostat" section and click "Connect inegration".

In the opened window, it is necessary to fill in "Project id" and "Auth-key". To find this data, in the Ringostat personal account you should go to the "App Marketplace" section. In the search, enter "HugeProfit" and click "Connect"

In the window that opens, copy the data from the "Auth-key" and "Project ID" fields

In the same section, you need to enter the login and password for webhooks, activate the "Enable integration" checkbox and click "Save"

You can receive a login and password for creating webhooks by contacting HugeProfit technical support.

In the CRM, fill in the "Project id" and "Auth-key" fields with the data that was copied from the Ringostat account. After filling in the information on the HugeProfit side, additional dropdown fields will appear, in which you need to match employees on the CRM and Ringostat sides, and then save the settings.

Employees created in Ringostat are automatically pulled into HugeProfit; if new ones were created, you need to click "Update operators" in the modal window and the new data will be automatically pulled-up:

Inbound calls

When receiving a call from a new client whose number is not in the CRM, a pop-up window will be displayed with the option to create a Client card and fill it in:

If you don't save the client data during the call, nothing will be created in the CRM.

When receiving a call from a client whose number already exists in the CRM in the Client card, the pop-up will contain the full name and a link to the entity card. If an employee answered the call, it will display who exactly answered the call from the client:

There is also the option to open the Client card during the call and make changes to it:

Outbound calls

To call a client, you need to go to the "Clients" section of HugeProfit, select the required client and open their card. Next, you need to click on the Ringostat icon, select an employee (only those who are online are displayed) who will make the call:

If the employee's SIP account is online but not in the dropdown list, you need to close the modal window and reopen it.

After clicking the "Create call" button, the call will first come to the SIP account of the previously selected employee, and then (if there is a response from the employee) the call is forwarded to the client's number. In the CRM, a pop-up with information about the call will be displayed.

When making a call not from the Client card, but directly from the softphone, a pop-up will be displayed with the Client's full name and their phone number.

If a client card with such a number does not exist in the CRM, the pop-up will indicate that the call is going to an unknown number, and there will be an option to create a Client card and fill it in
