Webhooks allow you to transfer data about customer interactions with your company in messengers to external systems.

The following events are available for Messengers:
Starting a dialog in the messenger - the event is triggered when a customer starts a new dialog in a messenger.
Finishing a dialog in the messenger - the event is triggered when a dialog with a customer in a messenger is completed.
Chat/messenger dialog taken into work - the event is triggered when an employee takes a dialog with a customer into work.
Customer provided contact details in a messenger - the event is triggered after the customer's contact details are received in a messenger.
The event works if our messengers Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger are enabled in your project, and it is also important that our Ringostat Smart Phone product is activated.
