How it works

  1. The system automatically processes (almost in real-time) conversation recordings. That is, as soon as the call ends, the analysis result is available in 5-10 minutes. There is an option to analyze not all calls, but to set any filters in combination (for example: department, conversation duration, etc.) available in the call parameters.

  2. The processing process, how it happens technically.

    • Call transcription. That is speech-to-text technology. Converting voice to text (50 languages).

    • The conversation text is sent for artificial intelligence analysis according to the given technical specifications.

    • We receive call analysis from artificial intelligence according to our task and preferred language.

  3. How the result looks

    For each analyzed call, there is a detailed analysis card that includes:

    • The ability to listen to the conversation with subtitles (available in the required language or English).

    • Detailed transcription. By clicking on any timestamp, you can listen to that specific moment in the call.

    • AI-driven conversation analysis based on the specified technical requirements, which can be customized to meet each client’s needs.


Who is custom analysis suitable for?

This option is relevant if your approximate call volume (inbound and outbound combined) is 10,000 minutes per month and you have 15-20 managers communicating with clients.

The cost of the service will be determined individually, depending on the technical requirements and complexity. Implementation starts at 250 USD/EUR. Then, there is a monthly subscription fee based on usage (per minute) but not less than 500 USD/EUR per month (starting from 0.02 USD/min).
