Power Dialer - is a part of automated technology that automatically dials a phone number immediately after the completion of a call. Once the operator finishes the call, Power Dialer dials the next contact from the required list.

To begin with, you need to add the Power Dialer option for employees who will be using this feature. To do this, go to the personal account, navigate to the "Employees" section, and select "Edit" for the profile of the required employee:

Provide access to Power Dialer and save the employee's settings:

Thus, it is necessary to grant permission to all employees who will use this functionality.

To set up the Power Dialer, you need to generate a file to make calls from. You can download the template file by clicking the "Download CSV template" button:

Import the downloaded template into Google Sheets:

Create the list with the necessary phone numbers:

And download the list you created:

After creating the file with numbers, go to the "Ringostat Smart Phone Settings" section - "Power Dialer":

Add a new campaign, give it a name, and save it:

Add the list of employees who will be involved in this campaign. To do this, go to "Settings" - "Edit the list of campaign employees"

Select the necessary employees for the campaign and save:

Then you need to add our generated CSV file with the numbers. To do this, go to "Campaign Numbers":

Click on "Add file" and select the created file:

After the file has been added, you will see the list of contacts and numbers from the file:

When everything is set up, employees who have been added to the campaigns will have the option to call the added list of clients in the "Ringostat Smart Phone" application. To do this, they need to press "Start":

After that, the numbers you added to the file will be dialed automatically. If the call was declined by the customer, ended by the employee, or by the operator, the call will automatically be redirected to the second contact in the list. This process continues until all the numbers in your list have been dialed:

When the Power Dialer is active, it goes into pause mode with any incoming or outgoing call. To resume, you can only use the "Start" button:

To pause the operation of the Power Dialer, simply press the "Pause" button:

When all the numbers from the list have been called, the Power Dialer function disappears for all the employees who were added to the campaign:

Also, in the campaign, the list of numbers that were added to the file during import disappears:
