Callback Statistics

Written by Olena Zozulia

Callback Statistics shows the effectiveness of the widget and allows you to separately track customer calls that were made using it.

The statistics contain clear information about calls in the form of the Callback Funnel, Callback Chart, and Callback statistics, which makes it easy to assess the overall picture. Now let's look at the report in more detail.

1. Callback Funnel — consists of blocks:

  • Sessions

  • Opened Callback forms

  • Total calls

  • Unique calls

  • Target calls
