Custom statuses in Ringostat Smart Phone help display employee status more accurately — instead of a generic "Do Not Disturb," you can specify the exact reason for being unavailable.
This feature lets you create custom statuses tailored to your team's needs, manage the full list of statuses directly from your personal dashboard — editing names or deleting ones that are no longer relevant — and select the desired status in the app with a single click.
All status changes are logged and saved in the "Employees in Real Time" report, allowing a manager to later analyze how much time employees spent on various tasks throughout the day.
To create custom statuses, go to the "Settings" section -> "Ringostat SmartPhone Settings" -> "Status Settings."
On the page that opens, click the "Add Status" button:
Enter your custom status name and click "Save."
The minimum number of characters is 2, the maximum is 50.
The maximum number of active custom statuses in a project is 20.
Once saved, the status will appear on the page. Here it can be edited or deleted:
