Wrap-up Time is an automatic timer that sets the "Do Not Disturb" status in the app after each call ends, so new calls are temporarily not routed to the employee.
This gives employees time to process the results of the conversation: entering data into the CRM, creating tasks, or adding comments. New calls won't come in until the timer, pre-configured in the personal account, runs out.
Important!
This feature only works in the desktop version of the Ringostat Smart Phone app, version 1.3.1 and above.
To configure it, go to "Settings" -> "Ringostat SmartPhone Settings" -> "Post-call work."
On the page that opens, there are 3 configuration options available:
Timer duration — from 5 seconds to 30 minutes, depending on the team's needs;
Status to be set — you can choose the standard "Do Not Disturb" or your own custom status for a more detailed reason for unavailability;
Application level — for the entire project at once or for individual departments.
After filling in the fields and saving the settings, when a call ends (regardless of who ended it — the manager or the client), the "Do Not Disturb" status / your custom status is automatically set.
The timer also triggers in case of call transfers.
Manual status switching is always available — if a particular employee needs to become available earlier or, conversely, extend the "Do Not Disturb" status, they can change the status manually at any time without waiting for the timer to end.
