Let's activate the goal for all categories of the calls.

  1. Go to the "Admin" section.

  2. Open the "Events" menu and activate the conversion for the Ringostat_calls event.

This goal includes all call categories: proper, missed, answered, repeated, failed, etc.

Note: After activating the integration with Google Analytics 4 in your Ringostat account, Ringostat_calls/Ringostat_calls_static events appear in your Google Analytics 4 account within 24 hours.

Sometimes, those events do not appear in the “Events” menu in Google Analytics 4. However, they are still activated and reflected in reports, this can be checked in “Reports” section:
