RemOnline is a cloud service for accounting and automating business processes. It helps manage orders, inventory, finances, client database, and analytics, simplifying operational processes and increasing business efficiency.
Main features of the integration with RemOnline:
Automatically create a Lead, Client, and Order in the CRM after a call;
Transfer UTM tags into the Comments of calls;
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone – pull in the Client’s name with a link to the Client and to the Lead with the Order;
Set up smart call forwarding.
Integration setup
The integration is configured individually by our Ringostat specialists. To set up the integration, please write to us in the support chat and provide the necessary data.
What is needed for the integration setup:
Access to RemOnline with full permissions for the CRM;
API key from the given access, which can be obtained in your RemOnline personal account;
List of entities that need to be created: Lead, Client and/or Order;
Full name of the Senior Manager.
To ensure entities are created under the correct managers — they must be added in RemOnline with the same name as in the Ringostat account.
Integration logic
After a call from a new client, a Lead, Client, and Order will be created in the CRM, and information about the call will be transferred to all entities by the client’s number.
Client Card:
When a Client card is created by the integration, the entity name, client’s name, and phone number will be automatically filled in.
A Lead and Order will be linked to the Client Card:
Lead will include information about the Client and data on calls to the client’s number in the entity's comments.
If an open Lead already exists in the CRM for the Client’s number — a new Lead will not be created. If there is a Lead but it is in the “Closed” status — a new Lead will be created and linked to the Client entity. Call data will be added to the current open entity by the client’s number.
Order will also include information about the Client and call data by the client’s number in the entity's comments.
If there is an open Order for the Client’s number in the CRM — a new Order will not be created. If there is an Order but it is in the “Closed” status — a new Order will be created and linked to the Client entity. Call data will be added to the current open entity by the client’s number.
It is not possible to create an Order without creating a Client on the RemOnline side.
If the integration is set to create only an Order and no Client entity is found by the phone number — the Order will not be created.
The notes in the entities by the client’s number will contain the following call data:
Date and time of the call;
Type of call;
Call status;
Audio recording of the conversation;
UTM tags of the call.
Integration with Ringostat Smart Phone

Integration with RSP allows pulling in the Client’s name (Full Name) with links to the Client, Order, and Lead in the CRM during an incoming call.
