Using the MiniCRM section, you can import the contacts you need into the "Contact Book" and use these contacts for calls from the Ringostat Smart Phone application.

Below we will describe how to add contacts to MiniCRM. Currently, the functionality is enabled through the support chat.

IMPORTANT: If you have a pre-configured Ringostat integration with a CRM system, the contact book will not work or may function incorrectly!

Forming the list of numbers

To begin, you need to create a list of numbers that will be added to Mini CRM. To do this, go to the Mini CRM section and click "Download CSV template":

Import the downloaded template into Google Sheets:

Create the list of contacts you need:

And upload the list you've created:

Adding the created file in the Ringostat "Personal Account"

To add your contacts to the Mini CRM Contact Book, you need to go to the "Mini CRM" section in the "Ringostat Personal Account":

Click "Choose a local file" and select the file you created:

In the upper right corner of the "Ringostat Personal Account", you will see a notification that the file has been uploaded successfully:

After our system processes the data, an email will be sent to the address from which the contacts were added, confirming that the contacts have been successfully added:

To access the "Contact Book" in Ringostat Smart Phone, you need to go to the "Contact Book" section, subsection "Clients". There you will be able to see the contacts you've added:

When making an outgoing call to a number or receiving an incoming call from a number that has been added to the contacts in the Ringostat Smart Phone app, you will see the client's name:

Also, in the "Ringostat Personal Account" under the "Call Log" section, this contact will be labeled:

Important! We will display client data in the "Call Log" only for new calls made after adding the contacts.
