As of January 24, 2021, Bitrix24 introduced a limitation for its free plans. From now on, any integrations, including integration with Ringostat, will only work on paid plans.

Bitrix24 is a large corporate portal that tries to cover almost everything. It offers features for social networking, projects, tasks, HR management, and much more — including CRM.

The integration allows you to connect and align all sales processes into one flow, automating managers' work by freeing them from manually creating tasks, deals, contacts, and filling in visitor information for those who called from your website. As a result, managers will work more efficiently and focus all their attention on the incoming client.

By using the Ringostat Smart Phone with this integration, you get access to caller data pulled from the CRM system (a link to the contact or deal), as well as their browsing history.

Currently, several types of integration are available. You can configure one of them or use both together.

1. Ringostat (Telephony +/ Call Tracking) + Bitrix24(CRM)

(This is the recommended integration type and will be the focus of this article)

This is a ready-made integration that enables leads, contacts, or deals to be assigned to the manager who answered the call, along with transmitting the call's traffic source. The primary setup is done on the Ringostat side.
Calls are received not within the Bitrix24 CRM itself, but via a softphone, fixed number, PBX, etc. There are no incoming call notifications inside Bitrix24. The main information is transmitted to Bitrix24 after the call.

2. Ringostat (Telephony) + Bitrix24 (Telephony module)

This option uses only the telephony module without passing the source of the call. The main configuration is done on the Bitrix24 side.
The integration involves redirecting all calls to Bitrix24 using their telephony module.
Therefore, Ringostat does not participate in call distribution. A call notification appears in Bitrix24 at the time of the call.
The calls themselves are made through Bitrix24’s telephony module. Instructions for this integration type are available via a link.

3. Both integrations together

Ringostat will add the call source to leads, deals, and contacts that are created by the CRM system itself.

This integration uses Bitrix’s telephony module.
When a call comes in, the CRM creates a lead, and after the call ends, the CRM logs the conversation recording in the client’s card. Ringostat adds tags to the created entity and creates tasks.
It is also possible to transfer additional parameters from Ringostat into CRM fields, such as:
project ID, call type, Google Analytics ID, last viewed page, custom parameter, etc.

Features of the ready-made integration:

  1. Automatic creation of a lead/deal/contact upon an incoming call from a new client
(fully customizable — you can choose to create only a lead, or only a contact + deal)

  2. Assigning the call source to a lead/deal for optimal request handling by the manager

  3. Transmission of Google Client ID related to the call visit

  4. Task creation for the responsible manager in case of a missed call, whether it's a new or ongoing deal

  5. Task creation for the responsible manager if a colleague answers the call (e.g., the responsible manager was already on a call).
This allows tracking of the interaction and reviewing what the colleague said

  6. Task creation for the responsible manager for successful incoming and outgoing calls
(tasks are created as completed, with linked call recordings, helping to maintain dialogue history)

  7. Task creation for the responsible or Top Manager when it's needed

  8. Ability to update data in a deal/contact if an entity with the given number was created by another integration

  9. Deal and lead creation during the call itself, with the ability to work within the deal during the conversation

  10. Ability to route calls from a current client directly to the manager responsible for the deal

  11. Deal creation in selected pipelines

  12. Transmission of additional call data to custom CRM fields

  13. Option to use end-to-end analytics

  14. Automatic contact and deal creation during Callback calls (if the Ringostat script is installed on your website)
