Bitrix24 allows managers to receive calls not only in the interface of the CRM itself.

There are 4 more available options:

  • Outgoing calls via SIP connector;

  • Receiving calls on a SIP account;

  • Call forwarding to the company's general phone number;

  • Call forwarding to the manager's personal number.

For this setup, the "SIP Connector" module in Bitrix24 must be paid for!
The SIP Connector license is purchased separately, i.e., it is not tied to the Bitrix24 Telephony account.

Outgoing calls via SIP Connector

To configure outgoing communication, go to the "Telephony" section — "Configure telephony ""Telephony settings".

In the settings, you need to specify the number that will be displayed to the client when you call them, and the number to which the call will be forwarded in case of no connection with your Bitrix24. To do this, you must fill in the following fields:

  • Default number for outgoing call — you need to specify the direction through which the call will go from the project, in this case, select the name of the direction from the drop-down list (SIP connector). During the outgoing call, the client will see the phone number specified in the outgoing connection settings in your Ringostat account.

  • Number for call forwarding — the number where the manager can receive the call if there is no connection to Bitrix24.

  • Use connection for call to backup number — from the drop-down list, you need to select the previously created SIP connector.

After completing the settings, be sure to click "Save".

Receiving calls on a SIP account

To receive calls on a SIP account, you need to create an individual SIP account for the manager in the "Telephony" section — "Configire telephony""Telephony users".

Next to the desired user, click the "Configure" button.

In the window that appears, select "Telephone device" — "Connected", and copy the data for configuring the SIP account.

The received data must be entered into the settings of the manager's SIP phone or SIP client (PhonerLite, Zoiper).

Now incoming calls to this manager will appear not only in the Bitrix24 interface but also simultaneously come to the SIP account.

Forwarding to the company’s number

Go to the "Telephony" menu — "Cloud SIP PBX""Configure connection""Other".

In the “Backup number” field, you need to specify the number to which the call will be forwarded in case there is no connection with your Bitrix24.
By default, the call will be forwarded to the backup number specified in the telephony settings.

Forwarding to the manager’s number

Go to the "Telephony" menu — "Cloud SIP PBX" — "Configure connection" — "Inbound call routing" - "Forward to mobile".
